Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the MC777 platform at mc777.st — whether through the website or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MC777.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the MC777 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use MC777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MC777 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your account. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any payment-related information.
• You must not register more than one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a breach of these terms and will result in account termination.
• You must not be self-excluded or subject to any voluntary or mandatory restriction that prevents you from accessing online gaming platforms.

Account Responsibilities

• Your account balance is held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take up to the same business day depending on your bank's processing times. MC777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements. VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. MC777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on MC777, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, esports and all other sports listed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where MC777's cash-out feature is available and active for that market.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. You may switch to fractional or American odds in your account settings. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent changes to the market do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as defined per sport), bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market — check the sportsbook rules section for details.
• Ball-by-ball cricket betting markets are governed by the live delivery outcome. If there is any technical interruption to the live feed during ball-by-ball betting, MC777 reserves the right to suspend or void affected markets.
• MC777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious pricing error. If odds are clearly incorrect — for example, due to a technical fault — MC777 will notify the affected players and void those bets.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the bet slip. MC777 reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR balance as soon as the relevant bet settles, typically within minutes of the event concluding.

Bonuses & Promotions

MC777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, enhanced odds promotions and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to minimum deposit thresholds as stated per promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per device.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MC777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit system errors or take advantage of obvious pricing mistakes
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or processing illegitimate funds
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 18 years of age
• Placing bets on behalf of another person as part of a commercial arrangement

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

MC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion
• Providing false information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MC777 will aim to notify the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances not linked to any breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting MC777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining balance will be returned after identity verification is completed.

Limitation of Liability

MC777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, MC777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or market data
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind connected to your use of the platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider rather than MC777
